I'm in the midst of my doctoral dissertation on transformative principals who use storytelling in their leadership. The fields of business and organizational management are full of sources on the power of story, but less so in educational leadership. Any resources and/or real life examples of practitioners would be welcome. I recommend Gottshall's The Storytelling Animal: how stories make us human...a powerful but readable summer book.
