A Network Connecting School Leaders From Around The Globe
From Andy Greene
If anyone has a "condensed" version of the way AYP/AMO and the like are done/figured out, it may be helpful to the group....new principals in particular!

Also, I realize that we spoke at the last SCMPA meeting about the potential implications for the waiver NYS is now officially applying for. Relative to AYP, for instance, my special ed. subgroup that did not meet it for the first time last year, what would this waiver mean?
I realize there are complications (ie. evaluation system, raising of bar for Regents scores, etc.) that will come with the waiver, but does anyone know if we would still be a "School under Review" if we our special ed. subgroup does not meet AYP this year, even with the waiver?
