I am a native Long Islander. I attended Chaminade High School, Fairfield University for my B.A. in History, St. John's University for my Masters in Secondary Education and a P.D. in Administration and Supervision. I have been a Social Studies teacher for the past 15 years. Four years ago, I was an Assistant Principal. Unfortunately, at the end of that year, budgetary cuts ended my position, as well as that of 1,600 other city administrators. For the past four years I have been back in the classroom in the highest crime area in Brooklyn, where random shootings are an everyday occurrence. I would love to once again be an administrator where I wouldn't have to dodge bullets to and from my daily commute to the trains. If you can help me in any way, I'd very much appreciate hearing from you at email@example.com. Thank you very much for any help you can give me!
