As an educator for 27 years, it is amazing to have seen the waves of "reform" generated by those who are far removed from classrooms. Although the challenges are many in our profession, ranging from State/Federal mandates to diversity and technology, the potential for creativity and innovation from the ground up should be the force which leads the way.
